Our client a leading supplier in the UK, are looking to recruit a highly skilled, trained and motivated New Business Development Executive.

This a great opportunity to join a new desk within a successful company


Responsible for identifying, prospecting and nurturing new business opportunities and generating sales.

Works cross-functionally with all teams to help create the ultimate customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

”     To achieve personal & group targets and KPIs maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting specific customer problems.

”     To ensure all customer engagement is executed to a very high standard.

”     To research organisations to identify new leads and potential new markets.

”     To contact customers to inform them about new products and developments in the company’s products.

”     To maintain relationships with existing customers as appropriate.

”     To develop sales collateral as required to include quotes and proposals.

”     To measure and report records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales and follow-up activities.

”     CRM management.



”     Strong sales, influencing and negotiation skills and a track record of delivering against sales targets and goals.

”     Proven track record of generating leads, making high volume outbound calls, winning new business and developing client accounts.

”     Demonstrable enthusiasm for continued learning and development around sales process and long-term goals.

”     Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via various forms of communication.

”     Resilient, flexible and adaptable.

”     Highly numerate and literate.

”     Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

”     Unflappable in a crisis, thinks on feet and doesn’t shy away from dealing with customers in difficult situations.

”     Ability to quickly to spot potential problems and solve them using initiative.

”     Team player who plays an active part in developing sales strategy, contributing at meetings and during discussion groups.

”     Highly personable, with real vigour for life and work, and the ability to tune in to the needs of the customer.

”    Looking for someone with a track record of success in a similar role who has brilliant communication and relationship building skills, a can-do attitude and will to win


”     Salary: £23 – £25k DOE

”     Plus bonus

”      Hours: 8.30 – 5.00 (45 mins for lunch Monday to Thursday and 60 minutes for lunch on Friday)

”     Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays
