Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Advisor to work in their head office until end of February 2019
This role will suit a passionate customer service professional who ensures customers return time and time again. With a can-do attitude you will resolve customer complaints and use advanced Excel for reporting.
Duties:
Respond to customers regarding new products, answer queries and recover customer through Social media channels
Answer customers regarding loyalty scheme, update account details and reset passwords
Recover customers that have had a bad experience
Knowledge / Skills:
Advanced Excel skills and fast accurate keyboard skills
Confident and calm
Passionate about customer service
Able to speak to customers in a friendly manner
Ability to think on feet
Hours:
9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 5 weekends
Duration
Immediate start until end February 2019
