Customer Services Representative – Up to a Year booking potentially

We are looking for a passionate customer service professional who ensures customers return to our brand time and time again. You’re confident and calm and relish taking on additional responsibilities, with a can do attitude you will use all resources available to you to resolve a customer complaint at super speed.

You’ll be using both your super swift keyboard skills and your dazzling telephone manner to respond to our valued customers, responsibilities will include –

Answering customer contacts regarding our loyalty scheme, updating account details, replacing Lost and Stolen cards along with resetting loyalty passwords.

Recovering customers that may have had a poor experience in store, ensuring they return to us every time by listening to their valued comments and feeding back to our operations teams, ensuring their voice is heard through yours.

If you are engaging and passionate with the ability to speak to customers in a friendly way with fast accurate keyboard skills and the ability to think on your feet then this may be the role for you.
