Our client is a leading distributor of electrical components and accessories with offices in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire

They are looking for a Southern Field Sales Manager to drive growth from a combination of existing and new business. Field based for 3 days per week and 2 days either working from home or in either the Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire offices, call planning, meet and quote follow up and working closely with Internal sales team.

Responsible for developing business in their core markets (OEM, Panel Build, Wholesale, Contractor and Rail)

”     Achieve growth and hit sales targets

”     Build strong and lasting customer relationships

”     Meeting with existing and prospective new accounts in core markets

”     Identifying new business opportunities and negotiating pricing and preparing quotations

”     Work closely with Internal sales

”     Keep CRM system updated with key actions

”     Call planning and diary share each week

”     Present sales reports and updates at sales meetings

Candidate Profile

”     Proven sales and business track record, within the industry

”     Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

”     Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence

”     Strong business and commercial acumen

”     Experience in B2B distribution

Basic Salary     £40,00 per annum
